POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

All clothing and accessories are sent out the next working day by Royal Mail 48 post and should arrive in 2-3 days.  First class and next day delivery upgrades are available at the checkout.

All handmade items such as lampshades are sent out in 3-4 days via Tracked 48 Royal Mail post for £5.00 per lampshade.  Tracked 24 postage is available for £7.00

All international orders outside of the UK are sent via International Tracked and Signed Post for £10 per order.  For Europe, items should arrive in 3-5 working days and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are sure you will love your new purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return the item(s) for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt of the order.  Please contact us to arrange the return.
